We collect only what’s needed to support coaching. We don’t sell your data. You’re always in control, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains how Attuned (“Attuned,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or participate in our coaching services.

Attuned currently operates as an early-stage wellness coaching service. While the legal entity is in formation, this policy applies to all interactions with the Attuned brand and services.

Clients may voluntarily submit self-assessments across different life domains. These typically include:

Domains may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sleep (e.g., amount, quality, consistency, perceived influences)

  • Nutrition (e.g., eating patterns, timing, food quality, contextual influences)

  • Mindfulness and emotional well-being (e.g., perceived stress, emotional states, contributing factors)

  • Financial self-reflection (e.g., budgeting confidence, financial stress, notable events)

  • Purpose and values

  • Relationships and social connection

  • Routines and habits

  • Physical environment and surroundings

These self-assessments are self-reported and reflective in nature. They are not diagnostic and are intended to support awareness, pattern recognition, and self-directed growth.

Additional Context Shared During Coaching

As part of coaching conversations or written reflections, you may voluntarily share additional personal information. Some of this information may be sensitive in nature. Providing such information is always optional, and access to it is limited to those involved in delivering and supporting the service.

B. Session & Communication Information

  • Emails exchanged between you and Attuned

  • Video calls conducted via Google Meet

  • Coaching sessions may be recorded only with the explicit consent of all participants

C. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website or use our digital tools, we may collect certain technical information, such as:

  • Squarespace (website hosting and site analytics)

These services process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. In some cases, we may also share files directly with clients using tools such as Google Drive.

As Attuned evolves, we may adopt additional platforms (including no-code or analytics tools) to support service delivery and improvement. We aim to use reputable providers and limit access to what is necessary

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information to support continuity, long-term reflection, and ongoing insights related to the coaching experience.

If you choose to stop using Attuned, your information will not be automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
