Our Mission
Empowering people to take
control of their well-being
Collin’s Story
By my early thirties, I was at the peak of my career having helped build a multi-billion-dollar health-tech startup that just went public.
On the surface, I was a success — I had a great job, financial freedom, and was in love. But internally, I felt lonely, disconnected, and overwhelmed. I remember thinking to myself,
“Surely someone who's spent over seven years in weekly talk therapy should feel better than this.”
I knew something had to change.
So in early 2022, I walked away from my career to focus on my mental health full-time.
Something had to change
Learning through experience
I set out to answer two questions:
How can I measure my mental health?
What can I do outside of talk therapy to support it?
Early on, I discovered that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected, and are supported by well-being.
I explored how well-being is practiced around the world and noticed that most approaches were grounded in either Western science or Eastern traditions. Each offered valuable benefits, but they were rarely practiced as a unified system.
Reading about these approaches wasn’t enough, I wanted to experience them where they originated. So I spent the next two years traveling, learning firsthand how well-being is practiced in different parts of the world.
These experiences helped me identify nine core areas that shape well-being — and revealed that blending Western and Eastern practices was an effective way to support each area.
The missing link
The real breakthrough came when I paired tracking with reflection.
While battling a long bout of insomnia, I realized tracking alone couldn’t explain why I was struggling to get quality sleep. Reflection turned out to be the missing link.
Not long after, I saw that this combination could also be applied to every area of well-being.
I wanted to prove this approach could work for others, so starting in 2024 I spent two years piloting it with a diverse group of clients.
By combining simple tracking tools, structured reflection, and human support, clients didn’t just feel better, they lived better. And we had the data to prove it.
